Job summary

Coface in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support the sales team and regional leaders by ensuring CRM hygiene, delivering KPI reports, and assisting with forecasts and commissions.

The role involves maintaining CRM discipline, producing dashboards, coordinating with finance, computing quarterly attainment, and helping with budgeting. A hybrid work model after the first month and opportunities to grow within a global leader in credit insurance.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support.
• Good with numbers, data. Excel expertise and experience in visualization tool.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM system discipline and hygiene.
• Provide KPI reports, dashboards, and statistics for commercial teams.
• Coordinate with Group commercial operations and regional finance on KPI definitions.
• Calculate quarterly attainment and assist in commissions.
• Prepare materials for reporting calls to regional and Group management.
• Provide monthly forecasts with changes across APR and country leaders.
• Manage contract repository, templates, deviations; align with legal counsel.
• Highlight anomalies or early warnings on trends.
• Assist budgeting and landing estimates throughout the year.
