Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L1) in Malaysia. You will deliver first-line remote and onsite technical support, configure client infrastructure, and maintain service quality by resolving incidents quickly.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with client teams and vendors, and gain exposure to data centre and collaboration technologies. Growth opportunities abound in a global tech leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• CCNA (DC) certification and other networking certs.
• Experience with collaboration tech and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate client infrastructure onsite and remote.
• Install and configure software per client requirements.
• Log incidents with details and progress updates.
• Liaise with client IT, carriers and colleagues to expedite resolution.
• Diagnose root cause and apply fixes or workarounds.
• Provide first-line remote and onsite support to clients.
• Follow handover procedures for shift changes to ensure continuity.
