Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ESB, integration and middleware delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet scope and quality standards in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven PM experience in application development or ESB projects, with strong planning, risk and stakeholder management, plus proficiency in MS Project and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Eng, or related field.
• Proven PM experience in ESB, integration, or middleware projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ESB, integration, middleware, and application development projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery against objectives.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting.
• Coordinate internal teams, technical teams, vendors, and other resources.
• Engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, management, and external parties.
• Manage project changes and support RFC processes.
• Oversee incident management and ensure issues are tracked and resolved.
• Facilitate governance, status reporting, meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure proper project documentation and compliance with processes.
• Drive collaboration between development, integration, middleware, infrastructure, and business teams.
