Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation through release and post-release follow-up. You will act as the coordination bridge between clients, management, BA, developers, designers, and infrastructure teams.

This role suits someone who brings structure to fast-moving projects, communicates clearly, follows through, and identifies delivery risks before they become surprises.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing software or IT projects end to end.
• Strong communication skills, including articulating technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or other iterative delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage software projects end to end including scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders with clear status updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA, and infra to align priorities.
• Identify risks early, escalate where needed, and ensure delivery health.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, releases, and post-release follow-up.
