Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead small to mid-size ICT projects through the full lifecycle. You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience in ICT and a hybrid approach blending agile with traditional methods. Diploma or degree in IT and PMP/Prince2 Agile certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• PMP or Prince2 Agile certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in ICT.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for small to mid-size ICT projects.
• Develop and implement project plans from initiation to handover.
• Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders including customers and subcontractors.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure compliance with PMO.
• Oversee Project Definition, Site Assessment, Design, Development & Configuration.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and creation of operational documentation.
• Handover project to Operations and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Prepare status reports and escalate issues affecting cost, scope, or schedule.
