Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead end-to-end MDM and data delivery initiatives. You will coordinate global and regional teams, manage governance, risks, and deliverables while maintaining clear communications with stakeholders.

You will ensure data quality, integration, modeling, and harmonization workstreams progress on time, and you will support testing, cutover planning, and post-implementation follow-up in a hybrid Kuala Lumpur/Petaling Jaya setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate level: 5–8 years of IT project management, coordination, or delivery management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with RAID, governance and delivery escalations.
• Exposure to MDM or data management initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and action logs for MDM/data initiatives.
• Coordinate global and regional stakeholders across time zones; facilitate workshops and status sessions.
• Support delivery of data quality, data integration, data modeling, and data governance workstreams.
• Coordinate testing, readiness reviews, and deployment planning where applicable.
• Prepare KPI dashboards and executive updates to track schedule, risk, and delivery health.
