Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with strong, applicable experience considered.
• 5+ years planning or logistics experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; SAP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary planning liaison for clients, forecasts and delivery status.
• Translate forecasts/orders into reliable operational plans and track demand.
• Monitor and cover backlog and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate supply with overseas planners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate master data in SAP and other ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement and keep clients informed throughout the process.
