Job summary

Henkel in Malaysia is seeking an Operational Supply Planner to translate and execute short-term production plans, manage finished goods stock, and ensure timely fulfillment across the regional network. You will monitor daily performance, adjust schedules, and drive stock accuracy while supporting S&OE processes.

You will collaborate with Plant Production Schedulers, Purchasing, and NPI teams to align supply plans, optimize inventories, and enable new product launches on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
• 4-6 years’ experience in the Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management, Operational Supply planning/ Production Planning/ Scheduling.
• S&OP / IBP knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Proficient with SAP/APO/Kinaxis/OMP/o9 or similar planning tools.
• Strong Excel skills and data analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Translate mid-term production plans into short-term schedules and planned orders.
• Develop and review short-term production and scheduling plans by line/technology.
• Monitor stock transfers and ensure product availability against plan.
• Analyze inventory and policy settings; support obsolescence management.
• Communicate material availability issues and capacity constraints to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Plant Production Schedulers, Purchasing, and NPI for on-time launches.
