Zebra Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to join our regional team. You will participate in deploying our regional supply chain model and manage plans to ensure inventory and on-time deliveries.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Oracle and Excel to optimize demand and supply. Hybrid work and adaptable hours are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience; International Supply Chain experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support deployment of regional supply chain model.
• Plan and develop supply schedule to maintain inventory.
• Review and adjust demand plan with internal stakeholders.
• Resolves issues impacting supply plan (capacity, transport, orders).
• Monitor open purchase orders for on-time deliveries with planners.
• Escalate shortages and support resolution.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships to confirm production/shipping schedules.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects as a supply chain representative.
