5G-Starlink Pte. is hiring a Customer Service Specialist at Redberry Contact Center, Section 13, Petaling Jaya. You will handle all inbound and outbound contacts via chats, emails, social media, and calls to deliver quality service.

Requirements include at least secondary education, 1–2 years in ecommerce/retail, English and Bahasa fluency, ability to work in rotating shifts (5 days) and willingness to come to the office as required; hybrid arrangement with own laptop and 100 Mbps broadband.

Qualificações
