Job summary

H Ventures in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth for HRDC-funded training programs. This hybrid role blends remote work with on-site engagement in KL and requires a strong sales mindset.

You will manage lead generation, pitch solutions, close deals, and maintain relationships with HR managers while coordinating on-ground training and class logistics to ensure successful program delivery.

Qualifications

• Multilingual ability with fluent communication across diverse clients.
• Experience in sales or business development, especially B2B or training sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Self-driven, able to work independently from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and proactive outbound outreach to potential corporate clients.
• Solutions Pitching: Present HRDC-funded training programs and solutions that fit client needs.
• Deal Closing: Follow up with potential clients, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers and corporate decision-makers.
• On-Ground Support: Attend physical training sessions in KL when required to ensure smooth operations.
• Class Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day class logistics and operations.
• Liaison: Act as the bridge between trainer and participants.
• Document Collection: Collect HRDC documents from participating companies and attendees.
• Compliance: Ensure completeness of attendance lists, evaluation forms, and submissions.
• Team Support: Cooperate with the operations team to followHRDC guidelines.
