Job summary

Johnson Controls in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive HVAC solutions, from technically complex to high-end integrated systems, by offering consultative selling with internal teams. You will cultivate trust-based relationships with directors and decision-makers and manage end-to-end sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of HVAC senior sales experience.
• Experience selling to contractors/consultants or business owners and managing projects.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC and Building industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of SAP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; lead negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets with YOY growth.
• Responsible for payments collection and credit control.
• Provide monthly reporting on sales and revenue attainment.
• Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements.
