Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct sales experience; HVAC system knowledge is essential.
• Experience in customer management, account development, sales support or similar roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship owner for NBI customers to ensure professional, responsive service.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships to drive long-term retention and growth.
• Drive engagement across full lifecycle: pre-sales, follow-up, and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, service, operations and finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Support after-sales service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities within existing accounts for cross-sell and upsell.
• Meet assigned sales targets through disciplined account management and commercial execution.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline across Trane installed base and non-Trane customers.
• Leverage HVAC knowledge to align customer requirements with offerings.
• Identify new opportunities and communicate Service Value Added Offerings to customers.
• Understand customer needs and determine pricing/selling strategies.
• Prepare and review contract terms using standard templates where applicable.
• Work with teams to develop commercially and technically aligned solutions.
• Monitor account activity and provide timely reporting and insights.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, quotations, and plans.
