Job summary

Carrier Malaysia is seeking a Service Sales Manager to accelerate profitable service growth across Malaysia. You will lead a team to convert installed-base opportunities into recurring revenue and strengthen Carrier's position as a lifecycle partner for HVAC systems.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and a proven track record in HVAC service sales, with a focus on building owner and developer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or business field.
• 8+ years in HVAC or building services.
• 3+ years in sales leadership within HVAC or technical services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual service sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and convert installed base opportunities in HVAC equipment.
• Drive recurring service revenue via maintenance contracts and retrofits.
• Lead and coach Service Sales Engineers/Executives to targets.
• Strengthen key accounts with building owners, developers, managers.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and dashboards.
