Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management and building systems, seeks an HVAC Technician to deliver, install, troubleshoot, and commission HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and data center projects. You will ensure safe, reliable operation and coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and vendors.

Qualified candidates have a diploma in HVAC or related field and 2–5 years of hands-on experience with chilled water systems, AHUs/FCUs, and related equipment; data center experience

Qualifications

• Diploma in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years HVAC installation, maintenance, or service experience.
• Hands-on experience with chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, CRAH/CRAC units, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Experience in data centers, commercial, or industrial facilities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, testing and commissioning HVAC equipment including Chilled Water Systems, AHUs, FCUs, CRAH/CRAC units, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational faults and perform corrective measures.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system performance verification activities.
• Coordinate daily work with supervisors, engineers, vendors, and other trades.
• Maintain delivery reports, inspection records, and equipment documentation.
• Comply with all site safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Education

Diploma in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

2–5 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or service experience

Read basic mechanical drawings and troubleshoot HVAC equipment

Experience in data centers, commercial, or industrial facilities is an advantage
