Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of HVAC systems across AHU, FWU, CDU, CRAC and modular data centers. You will manage schedules, budgets, P&L, and multi-disciplinary teams while interfacing with customers and contractors to ensure safety, quality and on-time handover.

The role requires strong technical HVAC knowledge, stakeholder management, and fluent English. Regional travel and on-site presence (50%) are expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC project management and execution.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience handling commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, or large infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large project teams.
• Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• PMP or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution and delivery across AHU, FWU, CDU, CRAC and Modular Data Centers.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Manage project engineers, controls engineers, document controllers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor schedule, cost, risk and project performance; own P&L, forecasting and cash flow.
• Interface with customers and general contractors; ensure contract, safety and quality compliance.
• Ensure timely closure to risks and issues; drive project handover and customer satisfaction.
