Daikin Refrigeration Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Engineer – After Sales to join our Service Department in Selangor. You will support customers, resolve HVAC/chiller issues, and ensure smooth service operations across local and international markets.

The role emphasizes remote and onsite technical support, diagnostics for escalated cases, collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Production, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
• At least 1 year in HVAC field service or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for chillers.
• Ability to read Chinese technical documents; speaking not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Excellent English and Malay communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for HVAC/chiller products.
• Lead diagnostics, repairs, and testing for escalations.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality and Production for improvements.
• Prepare service documentation, manuals, and bulletins.
• Support warranty evaluations, parts verification, and logistics.
• Manage SAP documents and coordinate shipments.
• Analyze service data and recommend CAPA actions.
