The role emphasizes remote and onsite technical support, diagnostics for escalated cases, collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Production, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
• At least 1 year in HVAC field service or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for chillers.
• Ability to read Chinese technical documents; speaking not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Excellent English and Malay communication; team player.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for HVAC/chiller products.
• Lead advanced diagnostics, repairs, and testing for escalated cases.
• Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to drive product improvements.
• Prepare and maintain service documentation, manuals, and technical bulletins.
• Support warranty evaluations, parts verification, and replacement logistics.
• Manage SAP documentation (SO, DO, PGI) and coordinate shipments.
• Analyze service data and customer reports to identify trends and propose corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in HVAC field service or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in chiller systems.
• Ability to read Chinese technical documents (speaking not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay, with a collaborative team spirit.
