Job summary

MeHow Medical (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to assist in implementing comprehensive HR functions with a focus on compensation & benefits, IR/ER, and corporate culture. You will support salary structure design, payroll accuracy, and compliance with Employment Act 1955 while driving employee engagement and culture initiatives.

The role involves liaising with government bodies, conducting cost analyses, and administering statutory contributions to ensure competitive and compliant HR

Qualifications

• Assist in salary structure design, annual increments and bonus administration.
• Verify monthly payroll, overtime, and allowance accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and internal pay policies.
• Conduct manpower cost analysis and salary benchmarking.
• Administer statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and insurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Handle disciplinary matters, grievance cases, and internal investigations fairly and lawfully.
• Enforce company disciplinary policies and code of conduct; implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with government bodies, labor departments, and unions for legal compliance.
• Manage labour disputes; conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover for improvements.
• Promote corporate values and drive staff engagement initiatives and communications.

• Assist in implementing comprehensive HR functions with key focus on Compensation & Benefits, Industrial/Employee Relations (IR/ER) and Corporate Culture. Ensure HR policies and practices align with legal requirements and support organizational growth and employee engagement.
• Assist in salary structure design, annual increment and bonus administration.
• Verify monthly payroll, overtime, and allowance accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and internal pay policies.
• Conduct manpower cost analysis and salary benchmarking.
• Administer statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and insurance programs.

Industrial / Employee Relations

• Handle disciplinary matters, grievance cases, and internal investigations in a fair and lawful manner.
• Enforce company disciplinary policies, employee code of conduct, and corrective action procedures.
• Liaise with government bodies, labor departments, and unions to ensure legal compliance.
• Manage labor disputes, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover reasons for improvement.
• Monitor employee relations climate and foster positive communication within the organization.

Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement

• Promote corporate values and company culture initiatives.
• Plan and organize staff engagement events (Annual Dinner, Family Day, etc.).
• Manage internal communications such as newsletters and employee announcements.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and propose improvement actions.
• Drive recognition and reward programs to strengthen employee morale and unity.

Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
