Job summary

Mehow Medical (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an administrative professional to manage departmental systems and records, including SAP, OA, DMS, PMES and MEDPRO. You will create, update, organize, and maintain documents, forms, and reports.

You will assist with meetings, schedule tasks, prepare reports, and monitor attendance, leave, training records, and production support activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain departmental systems and records across SAP, OA, DMS, PMES, MEDPRO.
• Handle work reporting, purchase requisitions, material requests, MRB applications, travel requests, and process route maintenance.
• Create, update, organise, and maintain departmental documents, forms, reports, and records.
• Monitor mould-related documentation and records including mould cards, parameters, and trials.
• Assist with meeting arrangements, scheduling, report preparation, and daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, training, and other departmental records.
• Support monitoring of machine hours, equipment and mould maintenance, mould trials, and production activities.
• Manage departmental supplies and work-related materials.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Manage and maintain departmental systems and records, including SAP, OA, DMS, PMES, MEDPRO, and other internal systems.

Handle work reporting, purchase requisitions, material requests, MRB applications, travel requests, and process route maintenance.

Create, update, organise, and maintain departmental documents, forms, reports, and records.

Manage mould-related documentation, including temporary and official mould cards, mould parameters, and mould trial records.

Assist with meeting arrangements, scheduling, report preparation, and other daily administrative activities.

Maintain employee attendance, leave, training, and other departmental records.

Assist in monitoring machine hours, equipment and mould maintenance records, mould trials, and production support activities.

Manage departmental supplies and work-related materials.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in administration, document control, manufacturing support, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Able to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation and records.

Familiarity with 7S, Quality Management System (QMS), and ISO 13485 requirements is an added advantage.

Good communication, organisational, and coordination skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for communication with relevant stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
