Job summary

Commerz Global Service Solutions (CGSS) seeks a HR Senior Specialist, Learning & Development and Analytics to manage HR learning initiatives, governance and analytics. The role involves delivering learning programs, deployment of development initiatives and maintenance of HR data across the organisation.

You will design, implement and monitor learning activities, maintain HR records in HRIS/LMS, and prepare dashboards to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or related HR role.
• Sound knowledge of HR learning solutions, HR analytics, HRIS and LMS.

• Support employee and management development programmes, training needs analysis, and learning governance.

About The Role

As a HR Senior Specialist, Learning & Development and Analytics, you will be responsible for managing HR Learning & Development function and under the guardianship of the Head of Department, the HR Senior Specialist will assist in all areas of Employee Learning Initiatives/Delivery, Management Development Initiatives/Delivery, Learning Governance and Policies, Learning Management System, HR Analytics in maintaining HR dashboard/data, HRDF related learning, Training Needs Analysis. The role encompasses design, deploy and delivering Learning, Development & Training delivery for Commerz Global Service Solutions.

You are required to be able to work with minimal supervision and could utilise your knowledge, experience, and judgement to accomplish goals.

Ultimately, you will work closely with the HR team to foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures always runs smoothly with a solid knowledge of governing overall Learning, Development, Training and HR Analytics.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• You bring at least 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role.
• You have sound knowledge of HR learning solutions, HR analytics, HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
• You are highly organised, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• You communicate confidently, handle confidential information professionally and enjoy solving problems.
