Job summary

Commerz Global Service Solutions (CGSS) seeks a HR Senior Specialist focused on Learning & Development and Analytics to lead the design, deployment and governance of employee learning initiatives. You will administer LMS, support dashboards and HRDF-related activities while partnering with the HR team to ensure smooth processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years’ experience in L&D or HR analytics, with strong knowledge of HRIS and LMS

• At least 5 years' experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role.
• Sound knowledge of HR learning solutions, HR analytics, HRIS and Learning Management Systems.

About the role

As a HR Senior Specialist, Learning & Development and Analytics, you will be responsible for managing HR Learning & Development function and under the guardianship of the Head of Department, the HR Senior Specialist will assist in all areas of Employee Learning Initiatives/Delivery, Management Development Initiatives/Delivery, Learning Governance and Policies, Learning Management System, HR Analytics in maintaining HR dashboard/data, HRDF related learning, Training Needs Analysis. The role encompasses design, deploy and delivering Learning, Development & Training delivery for Commerz Global Service Solutions. You are required to be able to work with minimal supervision and could utilise your knowledge, experience, and judgement to accomplish goals. Ultimately, you will work closely with the HR team to foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures always runs smoothly with a solid knowledge of governing overall Learning, Development, Training and HR Analytics.

Key responsibilities

About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

At least 5 years' experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role.

Sound knowledge of HR learning solutions, HR analytics, HRIS and Learning Management Systems.

Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Communicate confidently, handle confidential information professionally and enjoy solving problems.
