Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration/Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, training coordination, or HRDC management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Design tool proficiency is an added advantage.

• Collaborate with managers and business leaders to ensure training relevance and impact
• Ensure HRDC and internal regulatory requirements are met with proper documents
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate external training providers
• Lead LMS platforms, track enrolments, completions, and generate performance reports
• Apply models like Kirkpatrick to measure effectiveness and recommend enhancements
• Lead HRDC-related matters, including e-TRiS submissions, claim documentation, provider approvals, and compliance audits

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or HRDC management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
