Job summary

YAOYAO Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle, from crafting job descriptions to negotiating offers. You will source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and partner with hiring teams to achieve headcount targets.

The role requires 1 year of recruitment/HR experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive, detail-focused mindset. Office hours are 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Mon–Fri, in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment or similar HR experience.
• Experience in e-commerce, social media, or home appliances is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Able to start immediately.
• Working time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand needs and build recruitment plans.
• Conduct salary research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for growth and expansion.

Responsibility:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating and closing offers;
• Collaborate with other hiring team to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans;
• Conduct salary research and stay up to date with industry trends;
• Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company's ongoing growth and expansion;
• Adopts effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process;
• Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent；
• Support HR paperwork and employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, appendices, changes, etc.);
• Support administrative tasks including purchasing, office supplies, and facility-related support；
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or similar HR role
• Experience in e-commerce, social media, or home appliances is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good skills in MS office, Google Suite.
• Able to start working immediately will be an advantage
• Working time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
