Job summary

Coway (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation lead to drive the development, optimization and daily operational excellence of our core sales platforms—the Digital Sales App and our eCommerce channel. You will lead end-to-end transformation projects, coordinate with IT, Product, Design and Marketing to ensure initiatives align with business goals and revenue growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, eCommerce operations, or business strategy.
• Excellent understanding of digital sales platforms, eCommerce systems, and end-to-end business operations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum or traditional project management frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing digital platforms (apps/web platforms) and coordinating with IT engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, and management reporting.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional proposal preparation skills for presenting strategic technology and business solutions to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation projects for the Digital Sales App and eCommerce platform, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and aligned with overall sales strategy
• Collaborate closely with the IT Department to evaluate system performance, propose technical and workflow enhancements, and lead vendor meetings for development and system integrations
• Work directly with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure all digital platform content, product catalogues, and sales campaigns are current, engaging, and accurate
• Plan, configure, and monitor the execution and availability of sales promotions, schemes, and digital incentives across all online sales platforms
• Oversee user support operations, serving as an escalation point for complex platform glitches, end-user issues, and technical bugs, coordinating with IT for rapid resolution
• Perform deep data analysis on platform performance, sales user behavior, and system issues to prepare strategic management reports and business proposals
• Act as the primary liaison between internal departments (IT, Marketing, Product) and third-party technology vendors/service providers

Job description

This position is responsible for driving the strategic development, optimization and daily operational excellence of the company's core sales platforms (Digital Sales App & eCommerce platform). This role will lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, oversee system and process enhancements, manage platform promotions and collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Product, Design and Marketing teams to ensure digital initiatives align with business goals, improve efficiencies and maximize revenue.
