Job summary

AIA Digital+ seeks a proactive intern to provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HRBP team in Kuala Lumpur. You will help arrange interviews, assist candidates with applications, and support onboarding logistics.

Ideal candidates are undergraduate or fresh graduates in HR/psychology/IB/communications with strong organizational skills and a CGPA of 3.0 or higher. This internship offers valuable exposure in a dynamic, digital insurer environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, International Business, Communications, or business-related degree.
• Available for at least a 6-month full-time internship.
• Good organization skills.
• Willingly to learn & pay attention to details.
• CGPA 3.00 & above

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HRBP team.
• Arrange interview sessions for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Assist candidates with their application process.
• Assist recruiters with the employment screening process for shortlisted candidates.
• Support candidates onboarding logistic.
• Participate in department's weekly meetings and engagement events.
