Job summary

Ditrolic Energy in Malaysia invites an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations within a fast-growing renewable energy company.

You will support recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, onboarding, and HR reporting, while maintaining databases and assisting in HR administration. Flexible working hours and parking are provided as part of the internship package.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a degree in HR, business, or psychology.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and digital tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, job ads).
• Maintain candidate and HR databases, trackers and reports.
• Support onboarding, HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
