Job summary

PENTAS FLORA is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Intern for the October intake. You will work with experienced HR professionals, support recruitment activities, and gain practical skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

The role involves posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. Internship allowance is provided, with flexible hours and potential to convert to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or International Business.
• Interest in a career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Post job vacancies on portals and recruitment platforms.
• Source and screen potential candidates.
• Contact candidates and arrange interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports as needed.
• Support other TA activities and projects as assigned.

HR Talent Acquisition Intern | October Intake

Join Pentas Flora as an HR Talent Acquisition Intern and gain real-world exposure in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals, support recruitment activities, and build practical skills that go beyond the classroom.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Assist in posting job vacancies on various job portals and recruitment platforms.

Support the team in sourcing and screening potential candidates.

Assist in contacting candidates and arranging interviews.

Support interview coordination and follow up with candidates.

Assist in updating and maintaining candidate records and recruitment reports.

Support the preparation of recruitment-related documents and reports when required.

Assist with other Talent Acquisition activities and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, or a related field.

Interested in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good attention to detail and able to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to commit for at least 3 months.

Willing to work at Miller Square, Old Klang Road, KL.
