Job summary

ROTARY MEC (M) SDN BHD is seeking a skilled Payroll Executive to join our HR team in Johor. You will manage monthly payroll, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate payroll records in our HR database.

You’ll handle payroll inquiries and oversee attendance, leave, and overtime inputs. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR/BA/Accounting with at least five years of payroll experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Experience in SAP HR/Payroll is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure payroll complies with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Maintain employee payroll records and HR database updates.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime and other payroll inputs.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for HR and administrative records.
• Prepare HR-related documents, forms, memos, and other admin correspondence as required.

Maintain employee payroll records and update HR database;

Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees;

Prepare HR-related documents, forms, memos, and other administrative correspondence as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field;

Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration;

Experience in SAP HR/Payroll wil be an added advantage;

Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

Proficient in Microsft office, especially Microsoft Excel;

Good Communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
