Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner/HR Manager to align people strategies with business goals in Malaysia. You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and policy governance.

You have 8+ years in HR, strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, and fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse stakeholders; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with proven HRBP / HR Manager experience.
• Experience in Data Centre, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or MNC environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
