Job summary

Glad2Glow Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional in Kuala Lumpur to partner with business leaders and drive HR initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

You will lead talent acquisition, manage performance and employee relations, and advise managers on HR practices and disciplinary actions while supporting organizational change and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IR, or related field required.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
