Job Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters including policies, performance, engagement, and development.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational performance.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
- Lead and manage HR projects such as job grading and job evaluation exercises, including reviewing job scope, organizational structure, job levels to ensure a consistent and equitable grading framework.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders on organization design, career progression, job architecture, and succession planning to support business growth and talent development.
- Support the design, implementation, and review of OKR/KPI and performance management frameworks, ensuring individual and departmental objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage employee relations issues by conducting investigations, offering guidance, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives including restructures, culture-building, and communication plans.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure aligned delivery of HR programs.
- Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching to leaders on feedback and development planning.
- Stay updated on employment laws and HR trends to ensure compliance and innovative HR practices.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably with solid experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP), Compensation & Benefits, or strategic HR role.
- Proven hands‑on experience in Job Grading / Job Evaluation, Salary Benchmarking, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management (OKR/KPI).
- Good understanding of job architecture, salary structures, market benchmarking, internal equity, career progression, and organizational design.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence managers and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and project management capabilities, with the ability to lead HR initiatives independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, mature, commercially minded, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced and evolving business environment.
- Experience supporting regional or multi‑country HR initiatives will be an added advantage
