Qualifications

• 8–10 years progressive HR experience with at least 6 years in a business partner or regional HR role.
• Experience across multiple countries and cultures.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to work across cultures and levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a regional capacity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for business units across global operations.
• Collaborate with local HR teams and COEs to deliver regional HR initiatives and support global programs.
• Support recruitment efforts and workforce planning to meet business demands across global operations.
• Build strong relationships with local leadership to understand business challenges and identify HR solutions.
• Use data and HR analytics to identify trends and support business decision-making.
• Champion a culturally inclusive workplace that aligns with local and global standards.
• Lead or participate in HR projects such as change management, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.

Your Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and culturally aware HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations across based in Malaysia. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across multiple countries, ensuring HR practices align with regional needs and local labor laws. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in labor law, a deep understanding of local cultures, and the ability to work across diverse geographies and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary HR partner for business units across the global, providing guidance and solutions aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with local HR teams and COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver regional HR initiatives and support global programs.
• Support recruitment efforts and workforce planning to meet business demands across global.

What makes you a great fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification or Master’s degree is a plus).
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a business partner or regional HR role.
• At least 3 years of experience managing and leading teams.
• Experience operating in a multi-country regional HR role.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a regional capacity.
