Senior Global HRIS Specialist

To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and teamoriented individual for the business area Group Functions at the Penang site.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support global HRIS initiatives, including system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and process optimization projects across multiple regions.
• Administer and maintain HR systems to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, compliance, and an excellent user experience for employees and managers.
• Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective HR technology solutions.
• Drive HR process improvements through automation, reporting, analytics, and the adoption of AI and modern technologies to increase operational efficiency.
• Develop training materials, provide user support, and promote best practices to maximize HRIS utilization and data governance across the organization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5–7 years of HRIS and/or HR Operations experience in a global environment.
• Strong expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar enterprise HR systems.
• Solid experience in HR data management, reporting, system configuration, compliance, and data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive system enhancements, and deliver successful global initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and international teams.
