Job summary

Handal Indah Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an HR Officer to drive recruitment, onboarding, and engagement across multiple locations. You will partner with managers to define requirements, manage postings, sourcing, and interviews, and ensure a smooth new-hire integration into our culture and processes.

You will also handle payroll inquiries, benefits, and incentives while maintaining HR records, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering data-driven workforce insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to travel to Kepong, Cheras, Shah Alam and nearby locations.
