Job summary

Handal Indah Sdn Bhd, known as Causeway Link, is hiring for a 6-month renewable contract at JB CIQ/Gelang Patah/Larkin. You will proactively engage with passengers at bus terminals, educate them on the Digital Payment Programme, assist with downloading the LUGO App, and guide first-time users through the cashless payment process.

You will provide professional, friendly service, respond to ticket and payment inquiries, collect feedback, and help document insights for service improvements,

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with passengers at bus terminals, boarding points, and waiting areas.
• Educate passengers on the Digital Payment Programme and assist with downloading the LUGO App.
• Guide first-time users through the cashless payment process for a smooth transaction.
• Provide professional, friendly service and respond to ticketing/cashless inquiries.
• Document feedback and report passenger insights for service improvements.
• Support promotional campaigns and act as a Brand representative.

6-MONTHS RENEWABLE CONTRACT - JB CIQ/GELANG PATAH/LARKIN!

• Proactively engage with passengers at bus terminals, boarding points, and waiting areas.
• Educate passengers on the benefits and usage of the Company's "Digital Payment Programme"
• Assist passengers in downloading (LUGO App), registering, and using the cashless payment platform where required.
• Guide first-time users through the payment process to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
• Provide professional, friendly, and courteous assistance to passengers at all times.
• Respond to passenger inquiries related to ticket purchases, cashless payments, and general service information (such as bus information)
• Help resolve basic customer issues and elevate complex matters to the relevant team when necessary.
• Ensure passengers receive clear and accurate information regarding available services and procedures.

3. Feedback Collection & Service Improvement

• Engage with passengers to gather feedback and insights on the cashless payment system and overall travel experience.
• Identify common concerns, challenges, or suggestions raised by passengers.
• Document and report passenger feedback to supervisor for service enhancement initiatives.
• Provide recommendations based on passenger interactions to improve the ticketing and queuing experience.

4. Observation & Reporting

• Monitor passenger adoption rates and identify barriers to cashless payment usage.
• Record daily activities, passenger engagement statistics, and key observations.
• Submit regular reports on customer feedback, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.

5. Documentation & Event Support

• Take photographs and videos of promotional activities, passenger engagements, and activation efforts when required.
• Support marketing and operational teams by providing visual documentation for reporting and promotional purposes.
• Assist during special campaigns, roadshows, and awareness programs related to cashless payment initiatives.

6. Brand Representation

• Act as a positive representative of the Company and uphold the Company's professional image.
• Maintain a neat appearance and professional conduct when interacting with passengers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong customer service skills when dealing with diverse passenger groups, including tourists.
