About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resources Officer / Accounts to join our team at our Kempas Johor location. This is a unique dual-function role that combines human resources administration with accounts responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity and a keen eye for detail. You will play a part in supporting the operational effectiveness of our organisation by managing both HR functions and financial administration, ensuring our people processes run smoothly whilst maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day human resources administration, including recruitment support, employee onboarding, and personnel file maintenance
• Assist in the administration of payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
• Provide administrative support for employee relations matters, including leave management and attendance tracking
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
