Job summary

About the role

Schmaco Auto Parts Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources (Intern) to join our dynamic HR team on a contract basis. Based in Rawang, Selangor, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in human resources and develop their career in the HR industry. In this role, you will support our HR department in delivering strategic HR initiatives whilst contributing to the overall success of our organisation. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to various HR functions and the chance to work alongside experienced HR professionals in a fast-paced automotive parts manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening of applications, and coordination of interviews
• Support the onboarding of new employees, including preparation of documentation and orientation scheduling
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with payroll administration and benefits management under supervision
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and HR events
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
• Assist with employee relations queries and escal​ate issues appropriately
• Support compliance with HR policies and procedures across the organization
