MY GOLD INTI SDN. BHD. is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end expatriate processes in Kuala Lumpur, including onboarding, visa applications, renewals and transfers.
You will coordinate with the Immigration Department and related agencies, prepare immigration documentation, track expiry dates, and act as the main contact for expatriates, ensuring compliance and timely actions. Travel may be required.
Manage the end-to-end process for expatriate employees, including onboarding, visa/pass application, renewal, extension, transfer and cancellation.
Handle Employment Pass, Professional Visit Pass, Dependant Pass and other relevant immigration matters.
Prepare and ensure accuracy of all required immigration and expatriate documentation.
Liaise with Immigration Department, ESD, MYXpats, MDEC and relevant government agencies when required.
Monitor visa/pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewal and submission.
Coordinate immigration appointments, document submissions, passport collection and other related matters.
Act as the main point of contact for expatriates regarding HR and immigration-related matters.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agents and relevant authorities to ensure smooth expatriate management.
Keep updated on changes in Malaysia immigration policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and trackers for expatriate employees and immigration status.
Ensure all expatriate-related processes comply with company policies and Malaysian immigration requirements.
Willing to travel when required for immigration appointments, government-related matters and other business needs.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
2-4 years of relevant HR / expatriate management / immigration experience.
Hands-on experience with Employment Pass and Malaysian immigration processes is highly preferred.
Familiar with ESD, MYXpats, MDEC and Immigration Department processes.
Strong administrative, documentation and follow-up skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented and responsible.
Willing to travel when required.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak & write in Mandarin is added advantage
