Job summary

PAN ASIAN DAIRIES SDN BHD, based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, is seeking an HR Executive to support HR operations and administration. The role reports to the HR Manager and involves clerical duties, recruitment, payroll, training, and staff policies within a growing dairy-focused company.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in HRM, with 2–3 years in HR generalist roles in manufacturing or FMCG, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Office

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist role in manufacturing or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Carry out clerical duties: answering calls, emails, and preparing documents.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and conference room schedule.
• Maintain general office files related to HR and operations.
• Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
• Renew related licenses.
• Assist in day-to-day HR matters including recruitment, training, payroll, employee handbook, staff performance, etc.
• Handle any other HR and administration tasks.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time HR Executive position at PAN ASIAN DAIRIES SDN BHD offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization in the dairy industry. Based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, you will play a key role in supporting the company's HR operations and contributing to its overall success.

Responsibilities

1. Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.

3. Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule.

4. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.

5. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.

6. Renewal of related license.

7. Assist in day-to-day operational HR matter including recruitment, training, payroll, preparation of employee’s handbook, staff performance etc.

8. Any other task related to human resource and administration.

Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

4. Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

6. Knowledge of relevant HR laws, regulations and best practices
