The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in HRM, with 2–3 years in HR generalist roles in manufacturing or FMCG, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist role in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out clerical duties: answering calls, emails, and preparing documents.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and conference room schedule.
• Maintain general office files related to HR and operations.
• Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
• Renew related licenses.
• Assist in day-to-day HR matters including recruitment, training, payroll, employee handbook, staff performance, etc.
• Handle any other HR and administration tasks.
