Salary Range: Competitive Salary Package + Monthly Performance Incentive + Transportation Allowance

Location: Petaling Jaya

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drives recruitment and employee development initiative by create proactive recruitment strategies and build strong internal / external talent pipelines.

Handle and manage end-to-end full cycle recruitment including job profiling, sourcing, screening, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding and exit procedures .

Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention rates) to optimize HR analytics and reporting.

Identify organizational training needs /gaps by support the design of talent development & learning programs and solutions on leadership initiatives.

Support on any or others ad-hoc HR initiative / HR Project as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education : Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience : At least minimum 8 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in the full recruitment and development functions.

Knowledge : Deep understanding on local employment laws, talent industry trend and HR best practices.

Skills : Strong working knowledge of full‑cycle sourcing tools and digital recruitment platforms

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and cross functional communication abilities.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing metrics and utilizing HR technology.

Demonstrate self-motivation, independent, adaptable, positive with result-driven mindset and highly proactive / capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and multiple deadlines & task.
