Job summary

Chat Union Climaveneta Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers recruitment, payroll, policy management, performance review, and staff development.

You will ensure compliance with EA 1955 and IR 1967, maintain accurate employee records, handle disciplinary matters, and support management with HR strategies while coordinating with external service providers.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience; senior also considered.
• Knowledge of EA 1955 and IR 1967
• Multitasking and ability to work independently.
• Experience with attendance systems and payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and outsourced services.
• Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR policies.
• Handle disciplinary, grievances, and dispute mediation.
• Maintain employee data and documentation.
• Produce weekly attendance and monthly HR reports.
• Assist in tax and labour law compliance.

Job description

Oversee and improve the full spectrum of HR activities and processes, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, succession planning, policies, employees’ handbook, and procedure.

Handles disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiry and dispute mediation in compliance of company policies and government regulations when necessary.

End-to-end coordination of recruitment assignments, including outsourced services of the employee and activities throughout the life-cycle of a recruitment, onboarding, incl. assisting in tax and labour law.

Review, update and maintain proper filing, recording and data entry for employee’s personal data and documentations.

To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and line manager.

Handle weekly staff attendance and monthly reports with HR system and fingerprints attendance record.

Qualifications

At least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources, or a related role.

Must have knowledge in EA 1955 and IR 1967

Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently.

Candidate with more relevant experience could be considered as Senior HR executive.
