Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an HR Executive to assist in implementing and managing HR policies and procedures within a manufacturing environment.

You will support the HR Manager in benefits, compensation, recruitment, and manpower planning, review training policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Strong communication and independence are essential to maintain industrial harmony and handle ER/IR matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Degree in HRM/HRD/Business Admin or related discipline.
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.

Assist HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.

Review and improve the existing training policies, procedures and forms from time to time.

To ensure all training policies and procedures are executed effectively.

Responsible for maintaining industrial harmony among all level of employees

Responsible for handle Employees Relation (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR)

Responsible for any misconduct issue &all disciplinary matters relating to all employees of the Company.

Recommends changes to ensure HR policies and procedures are competitive and in line with organization needs.

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Assist in Recruitment and plan of manpower

Assist Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management

Any Ad-Hoc task from Management.

Working Experience

5yearsand aboverelevant experience of HR in manufacturing environment

Degree in HRM/ HRD/ Business Admin or any related discipline

Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and able to work independently.
