Job summary

SFP Tech Holdings Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Head of Human Resources to lead and shape the HR function, align people strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.

You will oversee recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, payroll and employee relations while advising management on workforce planning and policy development.

The role demands strong communication, confidentiality and stakeholder management to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefits, payroll administration and other HR-related operations.
• Handle employee relations matters including counselling, disciplinary actions, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Prepare HR reports & dashboards, workforce analytics, resource planning and management presentations.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbook updates.
• Participate in HR system implementation, process improvements and continuous enhancement of HR practices.
• Provide HR advisory and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

To lead and oversee the Company’s Human Resources functions by developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, ensure compliance, and build a high-performing workforce. The role is responsible for providing strategic HR advisory to management while continuously improving HR processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and other HR related operations.
