Job summary

AEON Co. (M) Bhd. (Retail) is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support store HR operations in Malaysia. You will coordinate payroll, maintain training records, and provide secretarial support to the Store Manager.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree and 2–3 years in retail HR or related fields, with the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Store Manager.
• All payrolls for store colleagues are processed on time.
• Submit all required documents to HQ HR Team on time.

Job Requirements:

► Possessed at least a Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.

► 2-3 years of working experience in retail operations management/human resources/account-related field.

► Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday - Not an Office Hour Job.
