AEON Co. (M) Bhd. is seeking a Team Leader (Produce) for AEON MaxValu Evo Bangi to lead staff, monitor stock, ensure price accuracy, and maintain store hygiene.

You will plan promotions, oversee inventory, prepare sales reports, conduct meetings, and drive customer satisfaction. Diploma or degree with 3–5 years retail experience preferred; basic Excel/Word/PPT skills required.

• Ensure sales floor cleanliness, display & equipment condition.
• Ensure POP & price accuracy.
• Oversee production & product availability.
• Monitor receiving, pricing & loss control.
• Maintain hygiene & cleanliness standards.
• Ensure promotion setup & execution.
• Monitor stock planning & ordering.
• Prepare sales report & identify slow-moving items.
• Monitor OKR & performance.
• Prepare reports & maintain documentation.
