Role involves preparing merchandise, maintaining stock counts, and participating in training sessions to support customer satisfaction across AEON Malaysia locations.

• Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and understand customer needs and questions with flying colours.
• Provide the best service and promote products.
• Prepare sales/promotional area as layout confirms, ensure no garbage and box left behind.
• Prepare and provide merchandise.
• Keep counters for monthly stock-taking.
• Attend training when necessary and appropriate.
