Job summary

CG Computers Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a hands-on hub operations professional to manage day-to-day activities at the Penang hub, including order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery.

You will lead the operations team, monitor KPIs such as On-Time Delivery and delivery success rate, plan routes, handle customer issues and ensure SOP compliance, with daily briefings and close collaboration with supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in courier, logistics, transportation, warehouse or related operations.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Executive or Supervisor will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and coordinate a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems and reports.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willing to work according to operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays.
• Hands-on with hub operations, including packing, dispatch and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end hub operation and daily execution.
