Job summary

CG Computers Sdn Bhd in Penang Island is seeking a logistics assistant to support daily hub operations, packing and order preparation, and nearby motorcycle deliveries. You will collect and deliver shipments between the hub, customers and designated locations, ensuring proper handling of parcels and compliance with SOP and safety rules.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in dispatch or delivery, a valid motorcycle licence with own bike, and are comfortable working weekends or public holidays as

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, courier, logistics or delivery operations preferred.
• Valid motorcycle driving licence and own motorcycle.
• Familiar with Penang and surrounding areas.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable with handling parcels/stocks.
• Basic smartphone and computer skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work according to operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily hub operations, particularly packing and order preparation.
• Arrange and complete nearby deliveries for low-volume orders using a motorcycle.
• Collect and deliver shipments between the hub, customers and designated locations.
• Ensure all parcels are properly handled, packed and delivered according to schedule.
• Check shipment details and ensure the correct items are delivered to the correct destination.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of stocks within the hub.
• Update delivery status and provide proof of delivery where required.
• Support the Operations Executive / Supervisor with other daily hub activities.
• Ensure proper handling of high-value products and compliance with SOP and safety requirements.
